As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for chatting to our customers in-store and online and creating memorable and personalised experiences. If you love having fun conversations and helping people, this role is for you. You will be the voice of the brand, interacting with customers, enquiries or questions about products, their orders + more!Duties and tasks include but are not limited to the following:
- Ability to genuinely connect with customers & provide an exceptional customer experience over a wide range of communication platforms (i.e. email, Facebook, Phone, Instagram, Livechat)
- Access and work in multiple systems and databases simultaneously
- Provide timely and professional responses to customers
- Provide solutions to all enquiries in accordance with our brand promise, company values, site policies and Australian Consumer Law
- Create a high energy and compelling in store brand experience
- Have a natural ability & confidence to style all customers
- Go above & beyond for your team and customers
- Provide support to the Operations Manager, Customer Care Manager and Customer Care team where required
- Actively participate in company meetings and provide feedback on team efficiencies where applicable
- Flexibility in availability & able to work extended trade, weekends & Key Dates including Black
- Friday, Boxing Day, & New Year's Eve.
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following:
- Have at least 2 years minimum experience in a similar back-end customer service role
- Have a touch typing speed of at least 75 words per minute and 90% accuracy
- Display confident and professional phone and communications manner
- Have previous experience with working in multiple systems and databases, including Mac systems and software
- Have previous retail and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a general understanding of our brand
- Be able to meet and exceed tight deadlines
- Be a fast learner and be able to apply your skills and knowledge quickly
- Demonstrate ability to problem solve
- Availability to work on a Monday to Sunday roster.
- Take initiative and authority of your role to give our customers a positive experience

We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to assist in processing of orders and shipments within the specified timeframes.Duties and tasks include but are not limited to the following:
- Monitoring outbound operations, ensure all shipments are being processed accurately and efficiently
- Monitoring workload and reporting to manager
- Picking orders daily to KPI
- Packing orders daily to KPI
- Communicate effectively with customer service and other team members who require warehouse tasks performed.
- Attending safety inductions and training as required
- Keeping work areas clean and free of hazards
- Contributing to the team environment by carrying out other duties as required
- Actively participating in stocktakes as required
Selection Criteria for Successful Candidate::
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Previous Team Leader experience will be highly valued
- Knowledge and experience using Android and PC technology
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and use initiative
- Shifts will range between 6am-6pm, Monday-Friday

As the Influencer and Gifting Assistant, you will be a dynamic and creative individual who will play a crucial part in managing our influencer relationships and coordinating gifting initiatives to enhance our brand presence and engagement. You should have a passion for social media, strong organisational skills, and a keen eye for identifying influencers aligned with our brand values.Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential influencers across various social media platforms.
- Assist team with gifting and administration of program.
- Review applications in DM’s and to approve and disapprove.
- Action orders once approved. Assist with any adhoc tasks.
- Outreach talent for collaborations
- Create discount codes and assist with setting up affiliates into our platform.
- Assist with the packing of PR boxes for talent
- Assist the team with the delivery of events where required
- Assist with reporting
- Brief talent on content relating to gifting collaborations
- Review work created and save to our server for use in campaigns.
- Track and analyse the impact of influencer collaborations on brand awareness and engagement.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for improvement.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The purpose of the Senior Graphic Designer role is crucial to keeping Beginning Boutique relevant and exciting to our customers. Your role will ensure overall branding is consistently up to date with trends and culture. You will liaise with the team to bring the overall Beginning Boutique vision to life with all branded product.Responsibilities:
- Complete graphic design work for all region emails required weekly
- Complete monthly regular updates on flow emails for the business per region.
- Work with the digital coordinator to ensure there is regular testing and performance improvement for EDM work.
- Complete weekly home page changes for each region.
- Work with our Creative Director & Digital Marketing Manager to ensure that we are consistently producing fresh content for all ads.
- Complete weekly social content for our channels as requested by the social media team.
- Inspire and refresh yourself so that your skills and design is on trend with our community.
- Refresh our loyalty program content as per briefs.
- Coordinate ads creative to be on time and to be continuous improvement from meetings with our ads agency.
- Work with the team to do redesigns for the website and adhere to a brief
- Develop new functionality designs with the team.
- Continuously update our website design guide with approvals.
- Continuously update our website design collateral to be presented on brand and adhere to a brief
- Work with the Creative Director to prepare design elements for campaign launches.
- Coordinate all design elements for the business including photography and videography with clear briefs and task assignments.
- Work with the PR & influencer team to produce design elements for influencer collaboration launches.
- Design refreshes on the website for the sustainability project.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
- Intermediate to advanced in Adobe Creative Suite
- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Excellent relationship builder, a team player
- Self-motivated and an excellent communicator
- Experience in conceptualising, mapping and planning and implementing accurate on brand design strategies
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Design experience across multiple channels including - Digital, Social and Content
- Background in Copywriting is highly desirable

Key Tasks:
- Downloading and scheduling content for Tiktok
- Editing Tiktok's from raw footage captured on shoot days
- Creating ideas for relatable and on trend Tiktok's to make around the office
