Are you ready to kick-start your career in the exciting world of fashion buying? Beginning Boutique, Australia’s leading online fashion destination, is on the lookout for a Buyers Admin Assistant to join our dynamic Product Team in Brisbane.

The Role:
The purpose of the Buying Assistant is to support the Buyers with all administration tasks. This role will need to be a true right-hand and go-to for all administrative needs and ad hoc projects for the Product Team. This role requires a person with strong attention to detail, the ability to manage and complete ad hoc tasks in a fast paced environment, strong organisation skills and excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks related to order raising, order management, and critical path updates.
- Prepare meeting documents and maintain accurate records of product and order data.
- Liaise with accounts, planners, and suppliers to ensure timely payments and on-schedule deliveries.
- Support barcode checks, returns processing, and invoice reconciliation.
- Maintain and update core line charts and product strategy documents.
- Assist in sourcing, trend research, and developing ranges aligned with business goals.
- Communicate with suppliers, agents, and factories to ensure quality standards and sustainable practices.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships through clear and respectful communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales, marketing, and logistics functions.
- Actively participate in weekly meetings to review sales performance and customer feedback.
- Negotiate costs with suppliers to meet margin targets and budget constraints.
- Assist in monitoring open-to-buy plans and minimising sample expenditure.
- Analyze sales performance and support stock management through reorders, markdowns, and flowline adjustments.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and are appropriately presented online.

- Education: A Degree or Diploma in Design, Buying, Merchandising, Business, or Commerce.
- Skills: Attention to detail, strong communication, organisation, and a proactive attitude.

- Owning our digital marketing strategy across the US, NZ, ROW, and AU. It’s global domination time!

Requirements::
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following
- 5+ years in digital marketing with a serious track record of smashing sales targets and managing big budgets.
- A master of paid media campaigns—Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, you name it!
- Data-driven and super comfortable making decisions backed by analytics.
- A creative thinker who can make sure our ads don’t just look great but convert like crazy.
- Proven experience managing multiple regions—our audience is global, baby!
- Amazing communication skills, because you’ll be reporting to our CEO and CFO with all your genius insights.
- Experience in retail or eCommerce is a huge plus! We need someone who gets product-driven marketing.
- Strong leadership skills—you know how to manage and motivate a team to do their best work.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with affiliate marketing or partnership programs before.

- Editing Tiktok's from raw footage captured on shoot days
- Creating ideas for relatable and on trend Tiktok's to make around the office

Are you interested in fashion and eager to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of an online clothing business? Join our creative team as an intern and get a behind the scenes look at how we bring our style to life! We require 1 day a week over the course of 12 weeks.
