E-Commerce Returns Assistant

Overview:

  • Beginning Boutique is seeking an E-commerce Returns Assistant to assist in processing of return orders and shipments within the specified timeframes.

Duties and tasks include but are not limited to the following:

  • Monitoring inbound return operations, ensure all shipments are being processed accurately and efficiently
  • Monitoring workload and reporting to manager
  • Processing returns orders daily to KPI
  • Communicate effectively with customer service and other team members who require warehouse tasks performed.
  • Attending safety inductions and training as required
  • Keeping work areas clean and free of hazards
  • Contributing to the team environment by carrying out other duties as required
  • Actively participating in stocktakes as required

Selection Criteria for Successful Candidate:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Previous Team Leader experience will be highly valued
  • Knowledge and experience using Android and PC technology
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated strong customer service skills

Overview:

  • We're looking for a full-time customer care representative to join one of Australia’s leading and fastest growing online retailers and be the first point of contact for our loyal customer base. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in back-end customer service support, amazing English communication skills, and be a fast learner.

A Day in the Life

  • Liaise with customers over a wide range of communication platforms (i.e. email, Facebook, phone, Instagram, live chat)
  • Access and work in multiple systems and databases simultaneously
  • Provide timely and professional responses to customers

Digital Marketing Manager

Overview:

A position has become available for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our incredible marketing team.

This exciting role is ideal for an experienced, highly-motivated candidate, who will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing our acquisition and retention strategies to increase revenue and conversions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and manage the digital marketing strategy across multiple channels
  • Plan, design and execute omni-channel campaigns and promotions to help drive high quality traffic to site

Full Stack Developer

Overview:

The purpose of the Full Stack Engineer role includes using a range of different technologies and languages (such as Java, JavaScript, HTML, PHP) to develop applications. The Full Stack Developer’s approach to software is holistically since they cater to both user experience and functionality.

Our Full Stack Developer will be able to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a team that is responsible for a full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

Responsibilities:

  • Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design

Forklift Driver / Warehouse Assistant

Beginning Boutique is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to assist in processing of inbound deliveries and stock replenishments within the specified timeframes.

Duties and tasks include but are not limited to the following:

  • Ensure efficient product receipting and put away
  • Monitoring workload and reporting to manager
  • Replenishment daily to KPI
  • Driving forklift for pallet storage and deliveries
  • Communicate effectively with customer service and other team members who require warehouse tasks performed.
  • Attending safety inductions and training as required
  • Keeping work areas clean and free of hazards
  • Contributing to the team environment by carrying out other duties as required
  • Actively participating in stocktakes as required

CASUAL WAREHOUSE STORE PERSON

Beginning Boutique is currently looking for a Warehouse Store Person to join us in our Warehouse Team.

A day in the life of a Warehouse Store Person is never the same! It will involve, but is not limited to the following:

  • Reporting directly to the Manager and working closely with our Supply Chain team
  • Manage all stock movements into the warehouse
  • Stock counting, receiving and locating within the warehouse and its procedures
  • Ensure stock warehouse is well kept & easily accessible
  • Provide feedback to the warehouse team on how to manage stock efficiently
  • Minimise shrinkage & contribute to the overall stock take results through sound loss prevention processes
  • Working with a team of inventory assistants and working closely with Manager and Supervisor on meeting team goals and targets.
  • Assist with coordinating all aspects of cycle stock takes
  • Work in collaboration with the Management to achieve inventory management excellence
  • Maintaining daily workflow ensuring efficient operation
  • Adhoc administration duties

E-COMMERCE INTERNSHIP

Want to up your skills in e-commerce and product knowledge? We need someone to assist with uploading, steaming, organising and describing our products! You will get to work with our team to help get our product on site. This position needs to run through a university and is 100-hour unpaid internship that ends with the course requirement or needs to be undertaken by the student as experiential learning with the same hours. We require 1 day a week and are looking for 2 interns this semester.
