Overview
As our Social Media Specialist, you’ll be one of the creative powerhouses behind eye-catching,
scroll-stopping content for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. Teaming up with our Coordinator and
Assistant, you’ll help execute our brand’s social media strategy, making sure every post speaks directly
to our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Film and photograph high-quality content for Instagram and TikTok.
- Edit videos and photos to create dynamic, engaging visuals aligned with our brand identity.
- Conduct trend research and incorporate new ideas into content creation.
- Collaborate with the Coordinator and Assistant to plan and execute shoots.
- Create compelling Instagram Stories that align with daily posting goals.
- Ensure all assets are completed and scheduled two weeks in advance.
- Analyse, monitor and report on data, traffic and engagement weekly.
About You:
- Proven experience creating social media content, especially for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Strong photography, videography, and editing skills (experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
- A creative thinker who can identify and incorporate social media trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about storytelling and visually compelling content.

Overview:
The Accounting Manager will be the operational backbone of our finance department, handling the daily
management of our financial resources and ensuring smooth and efficient financial operations. This role
focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, managing budgets, and enforcing effective financial
controls. With a strong attention to detail and a focus on operational efficiency, the Accounting
Manager will manage routine financial processes and produce detailed reports. Additionally, this role
involves assisting the CFO with day-to-day financial tasks and operational oversight, contributing to
the overall functioning and success of our finance team.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead and inspire our finance team, ensuring optimal performance and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Payroll & Compliance: Oversee payroll processes and ensure compliance with statutory requirements, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
- Financial Systems Ownership: Take ownership of our financial systems and software, driving improvements and ensuring reliability.
- Budget & Forecast Management: Manage and oversee the preparation and ongoing adjustments of budgets and forecasts
- Compliance: Ensure company-wide adherence to financial regulations and standards, including but not limited to GAAP and AASB, while maintaining global compliance across all operations.
- Management Reporting: Develop and deliver comprehensive management reporting packs, providing detailed financial insights and performance metrics.
- Support to CFO: Assist the CFO with the implementation of financial plans and directives, including managing financial operations and producing accurate reports. Work closely with the CFO to execute day-to-day tasks, streamline financial processes, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Collaborate on operational initiatives to improve efficiency and support overall finance department activities.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field; CPA or CA qualification is required.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory roles (e.g., Accounting Manager, Controller, Director of Accounting. Experience in growth-oriented companies is highly desirable.
- Industry Expertise: Experience with retail, consumer-packaged goods, or e-commerce businesses is strongly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated knowledge of international accounting practices and working knowledge of NetSuite (or similar ERP software).
- Detail-Oriented & Process-Driven: Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on audit accuracy and process optimisation.
- Adaptability & Global Perspective: Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fluid work environment with a global mindset, tackling challenges and delivering solutions without boundaries.
- Execution Excellence: Strong deliverability mindset with the ability to drive results and execute financial strategies effectively.

Overview:
Your role is to build the Beginning Boutique community on multiple social media channels. You will drive
not only social community but strive to find ways to continue to get people looking at, viewing, buying
and loving our product. You will assist with a variety of different channels and prioritise and create
content for each channel accordingly. You will actively seek out opportunities to explore new channels
or new features of channels. You will help execute strategies and drive key KPIs on each channel as part
of your everyday role.
Responsibilities:
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all social media aligns with the brand's pillars, tone, and customer preferences.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the Social Team on monthly plans, including campaigns, events, and launches.
- Content Creation: Produce and schedule content across channels, including shooting, editing, and copywriting, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Trend Integration: Identify and implement trends to create engaging, "thumb-stopping" content.
- Performance Tracking: Analyse social media performance using metrics and tools, applying insights to improve strategies and meet KPIs.
- Event Support: Capture content at shoots and events for social channels.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors and share updates on trends, algorithms, and platform changes.
- Trend Forecasting: Track fashion and social trends locally and globally, collaborating with the team to anticipate future opportunities.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following
- Marketing degree, or similar
- Content creation, planning and management across social channels
- Intermediate excel skills
- Intermediate graphic design skills - Canva or InDesign
- Intermediate video editing skills - Premier Pro preferred
- Ability to find the ‘thumb stopping’ content
- Great copywriting skills and communication skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- 2 Years experience in a Social Media role previously, ideally in fashion
- An in-depth understanding of who our customer is and what they love
- Understanding of social media platforms, systems and content

Your Role

Have you been looking for an opportunity to get an insight into how an online fashion business operates? This is your chance! We're looking for 1 x intern available 1 day per week to complete a 100 hour program.

- Downloading and scheduling content for Tiktok
- Editing Tiktok's from raw footage captured on shoot days
- Creating ideas for relatable and on trend Tiktok's to make around the office
