COMMERCIAL CLEANER/OFFICE ASSISTANT

Overview:

The purpose of the Commercial Cleaner and Office Assistant is to ensure that the BB HQ and Warehouse are looking their absolute best. It is about providing the BB staff with an exceptionally clean, well stocked and well organised space. This person understands that a well run and organised office means we can all be amazing at our jobs. This person loves to help out any area of the team because they know ultimately we are all on the same team and all working towards the same goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that all Office and Warehouse spaces are cleaned weekly and checklist is followed.
  • Ensure Workplace Health and Safety standards are upheld through reporting and removal of hazards
  • Ensuring that the kitchens and bathrooms are fully stocked with the standard groceries that the company supplies to staff each week and staying within budget.
  • Ensuring that the cleaning chemicals that are used are well stocked.
  • As you perform your tasks, it is your duty to report any issues that the company will need to know about either verbally or in writing.
  • Working alongside the People and Culture Coordinator to ensure the office is the best possible space we can make it for everyone
  • Ensuring that all office spaces are well presented, organised and clutter free
  • Manage time to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Ensure premises are locked and secure on departure
  • Any other ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

Overview:

The purpose of this role is to consistently forecast, identify and design on-trend and best selling pieces for Beginning Boutique. In this role, you will be required to keep up to date with trend forecasting and market research, provide amazing designs that are fashion right, on-brand and best quality for our market and customer. This role will work very collaboratively with the design and buying team to ensure that sales and profit targets are met, whilst being customer focussed. The successful candidate will consistently produce original own-brand best sellers for Beginning Boutique and consistently excite our customer.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present quarterly and monthly trend forecast documents (fashion trends, upcoming designers, must have pieces, print, fabric and colour forecasting) in line with Production Critical Path
  • Develop and illustrate on-brand collections, hand-in-hand with forecast and trend documents, to meet sales and profit targets and to excite our customer.
  • Weekly fast track document for must have items Collaborate with buying team in line with Production Critical Path timelines
  • Keep up to date with market trends and react quickly to changes in demand to ensure product selected is on-trend
  • Consistent target customer market research Focussed on trends and collections for both Northern & Southern hemispheres Local, interstate or overseas (China) sourcing trips as required by the business
  • Collaborate with Buyer to determine design selects, make changes and commercial changes as required to ensure the item is a best seller.
  • Set up design tech packs for suppliers and work collaboratively with quality team so specs can be set up for each item.
  • Comply to regulations that all designs are original and do not breach IP and copyright agreements
  • Conscious of Production Critical Path, and meeting deadlines Update illustrations/trend/forecast documents accurately and consistently in line with changes
  • Weekly tracking of development samples, Update design sheet regularly and accurately.
  • Support buying and quality by proactively offering focussed solutions encountered during development and production; Drive and promote opportunities for product improvement
  • Support buying with fabric, colour and print selection and approvals

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Certificate in Fashion Design
  • 3+ plus years as a Fashion Designer
  • Ability to interpret trends and design a product 6 months out that has commercial value

E-Commerce Returns Assistant

Overview:

  • Beginning Boutique is seeking an E-commerce Returns Assistant to assist in processing of return orders and shipments within the specified timeframes.

Duties and tasks include but are not limited to the following:

  • Monitoring inbound return operations, ensure all shipments are being processed accurately and efficiently
  • Monitoring workload and reporting to manager
  • Processing returns orders daily to KPI

The purpose of the Full Stack Engineer role includes using a range of different technologies and languages (such as Java, JavaScript, HTML, PHP) to develop applications. The Full Stack Developer’s approach to software is holistically since they cater to both user experience and functionality.

Beginning Boutique is currently looking for a Warehouse Store Person to join us in our Warehouse Team.

A day in the life of a Warehouse Store Person is never the same! It will involve, but is not limited to the following:

  • Reporting directly to the Manager and working closely with our Supply Chain team
  • Manage all stock movements into the warehouse
  • Stock counting, receiving and locating within the warehouse and its procedures
