All orders placed before 4:30pm QLD time with Auspost Delivery are shipped same business day.
AU Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your items, we offer easy returns and exchanges. We offer FREE return shipping on all returns opting for a Store Credit (gift card) or Exchange resolution and received back to our warehouse within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds are offered on all orders received back to our warehouse within 14 days of your delivery date and will incur a $7.95 postage & handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund at the time of processing. All returned items must be received back to us in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached and shoes in original cardboard box.
Please note: We do not accept returns of piercing jewellery, beauty products, face masks, intimate, final outlet sale items or swimwear without the hygiene sticker attached unless faulty.
