"This is a beautiful dress! The ruffles steamed out really easy. The fabric is quality. We did take the straps in some in the back but it was easy to do ourselves. My daughter is 5’2”, 120lbs, c cup. The small was snug but still fit. The length was right at the floor barefoot for her and she wore it will a 2” heel."
