"I measured myself and looked at the size chart. It told me I needed a size bigger than I usually am, so I went ahead and ordered it because I knew dresses can sometimes run small. It comes in and it is humongous that I couldn’t even get it tailored there was so much extra fabric. Also there were seams on the chest area that you could definitely see and it did not look good. So I ended up returning it. Wish I could say it worked."
